The rules for this communitywide contest are simple: as you enjoy the summer at our parks and facilities, capture these moments on your camera! Photos must be taken at Channahon Park District park sites or facilities. You may submit as many photos as you’d like throughout the summer. All entries must be received no later than 4 pm on Friday, September 5. To enter your photos in the contest, fill out the Photo Contest Entry Form, print out an 8” x 10” quality photo print and mail or drop off attention Jennifer Mensik to Arrowhead Community Center, 24856 West Eames Street, Channahon, IL 60410. Winning photos will be displayed at Arrowhead Community Center. Submit as many photos as you like (separate entry form must be filled out for each photo). Prize categories include: best overall photo, best landscape photo and best people photo. Winning photos may be used in the brochure and on the web site. (Winners may be requested to submit a digital copy of their photo). Photos will not be returned.
