Camp Heritage is a fun filled, all day, five days a week, camp. Each
week a theme is planned by the staff and activities will include
games, crafts, quiet time, hikes and a weekly field trip. The cost
of the field trip is included in the fe e.
Field trips are not optional. If your child is in attendance on the
day of the field trip, he/she will attend the trip.

Heritage 1 of 2 convenient ways!
1) Register on a per session basis by
the Thursday of the week prior to the session beginning.
2) Sign up for the entire summer before June 5 and you’ll have the
option of being put on an automatic weekly payment plan charged to
your debit or credit card and you will be able to predetermine a one
week vacation period that your child will not attend camp that you
will not be charged for. You must fill out the
Weekly Payment EFT
Form in addition to the registration form in order to be
eligible for the weekly payment plan.

Parent Meeting
Come have all your questions about Camp Heritage and Teen Camp
answered, meet our Camp Supervisors and staff, learn all about what
you and your child can expect this summer and learn what we need
from you to ensure a fun summer for everyone! All parents/guardians
considering registering their child for either camp program must
attend this meeting.

Registration: Families with multiple
children will receive a 10% discount for the second child and a 15%
discount for the third and any additional children registering for
Camp Heritage and/or Teen Camp that live in the same household.
Everyone must be registered for camp no later than the Thursday
prior to each new camp session.
Location:
Drop off and pick up for Camp Heritage and Teen Camp will be at the
Central Park Pine Pavilion on all days camp is held unless you are
otherwise notified. All campers may be dropped off at Central Park
Pine Pavilion between 7:30-9 AM. We will begin structured activities
promptly at 9 AM. Campers may be picked up at the end of the day
between 4:30-5:30 PM. Rain Day procedures are outlined in the Camper
Handbook that each family will receive upon registration and will be
reviewed at the Parent Meeting.
What to Bring to
Camp: All campers should bring a backpack
containing, sack lunch (or money to buy lunch on concession stand
days), water jug, sun block, and a sweatshirt. It can be cool in the
mornings sometimes. On swim days they should also bring a swimsuit
and towel. Sun block should be sent every day with each camper. Our
staff will not apply rub in sun block, spray on is recommended if
your child needs assistance. Other information on what to bring and
what not to bring to camp is outlined in the camper handbook that
each family will receive upon registration and will be reviewed at
the Parent Meeting.
Camp Staff:
A qualified adult director supervises each camp session. Counselors
at each session are a mixture of adults, and enthusiastic college
and high school students. All staff complete a training program and
are certified in first aid and CPR and each counselor carries a
first aid kit at all times.
