Ages 14 years & up
This class is instructed by a certified personal trainer on how to
use hand weights, tubes, body bars, and balls to help strengthen and
tone major muscle groups in your body. By increasing muscle, your
metabolism and fat burning will increase to produce a leaner
stronger body. This is the 2nd 45 minutes of S.O.S. Instructed by
Brenda VanAsdlen.
