Indoor cycling is a great year round component for everyone’s
workout. Riders of all abilities are welcome. Select your class by
your focus. Focus: Novice - Suitable for anyone, focus on the
basics; Interval – improve endurance and strength;
Strength – techniques of the ride focus on building strength;
Endurance – focus on cardiovascular fitness; Long Ride –
Endurance based for those looking for a longer ride; Men’s –
Includes all aspects of spinning, for men only. Beginners welcome at
all classes.
