2nd-6th Grade
In four fun and food-filled days, your junior chef will learn all
about baking as they master delicious recipes. They will work
side-by-side with other young chefs, as they learn baking
essentials, including how to follow recipes, measure and mix, all
about prep work, cooking temperatures and times and, of course,
kitchen safety. From cream puffs to biscuits, your child will love
learning the techniques behind these crowd-pleasing baked goods.
Day 1: Muffins, Biscuits, & Rolls - Buttermilk Biscuits,
Scones, Streusel Blueberry Muffins,Cloverleaf Rolls
Day 2: Breads & Quick Breads - Banana Bread, Cheesy
Cornbread, Parmesan Twists, Country Bread
Day 3: Cakes - Carrot Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting,
Pineapple Up-Side Down Cake, Cheesecake
Day 4: Pastries & Pies - Pastry Dough, Apple Pie Filling,
Lemon Curd Tarts, Cream Puffs
