Join this class that integrates advice from our on staff personal trainer with meeting your fitness goals. You’ll receive a group orientation to review different exercise options, set fitness goals, and get workout advice from the trainer. You’ll then check in with our trainer every other week to track accomplishments and participate in a group workout.
