Interval Camp

Ages 14 years & up
Wake Up Sunday morning and invigorate yourself during this total body class combining strength and cardio intervals. A variety of everything you need to reach your goals will be presented. Build cardiovascular endurance and total body strength through a mix of cardio and resistance done in a interval system that keeps you moving and makes you work. Instructed by Annmarie Anfield.
