This is the 2nd 45 minutes of S.O.S. using hand weights, tubes, body bars, kettlebells and balls to help strengthen and tone major muscle groups in your body. By increasing muscle, your metabolism and fat burning will increase to produce a leaner stronger body. Instructed by Brenda VanAsdlen
