Looking for a group setting to get you motivated and offer you support as we experience bootcamp concepts of interval training, speed, and strength training with the use of Kettlebells. Choose a challenging weight and give it all you got as we utilize the kettlebells to get us stronger, faster, and leaner. Tuesday class instructed by Annmarie Anfield. Wednesday class instructed
