By yourself, with a partner, or on a team, use the principles of kickboxing to challenge your body as you challenge yourself to be the best you can be. Using bodyweight, strength tools, speed, and jump ropes you will push to your maximum heart rate zone and push your muscles to fatigue as you work through each class to come out stronger and filled with energy.
