Ages 14 years & up
Come and get your cardio and strength workout in one class! Sweat the first 45 minutes and get Strong the second 45 minutes. This combination class is designed to produce a super calorie burn by challenging your cardiovascular system and adding muscle to increase metabolism and burn fat. You will get in and out with a complete workout to start your day. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Instructed by Brenda VanAsdlen.
