1. No phone registration is accepted.

2. The Channahon Park District encourages individuals registering for Fitness Center membership or other strenuous/physical programs to obtain a physicians approval prior to registering.

3. The Channahon Park District may cancel, combine, or postpone classes/programs with insufficient registrations.
