Satisfaction Guarantee
The Channahon Park District is continuously working
to provide our residents with the highest quality programs
available. Because you should always be satisfied with your program
experiences with us, we guarantee our
recreation programs. If you are not satisfied after attending two
program sessions, we kindly ask you to fill out our Refund Request
Form. Include your suggestions, ideas or changes to help us provide
the best possible programs.
Processing fees are not charged to program refunds
under a Satisfaction Guarantee.
