18 Hole Course located in Community Park Open Daily Dawn to Dusk Weather Permitting
The 18-hole course is designed to bring people of all ages out to enjoy the outdoors and the wildlife that live in Community Park while participating in this fun recreational activity. Disc golf is played much like traditional golf however instead of a ball and clubs players use a flying plastic disc. The disc is thrown from a tee area to a target which is the “hole”. The hole is an elevated metal basket with chains to catch the disc. Trees, water hazards, terrain changes located in and around the fairways provide challenging obstacles for the golfer. The course, which was established in 1982, is open all year, from dawn to dusk, and is free to play.
