Birthday Parties

Days:

Daily Sunday-Saturday -- 12:30-5:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday -- 6:30-8:30 pm

Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Admission to the pool for 15 guests with birthday child(ren) free (All non-swimming and non-eating adults will be free)
  
  
• Unlimited Swimming Time during swim session hours
  
  
• 50 Minutes in the party area
  
  
• Choice of one personal pizza and a pop or one hot dog, chips and pop per person
  
  
• One snow cone per person
  
  
• Plastic and Paper products included (cups, plates, napkins, silverwear)
  
  
• Party Host or Hostess Included
  
  
• Party is allowed to bring in their own cake, utensils, and cake related items

Times:

• Parties can enter anytime during the public swim session they are scheduled during
  
  
• Parties must reserve the birthday party area for their 50 minute time slot when booking the party 1:30-2:20 PM, 2:30-3:20 PM or 3:30-4:20 PM, or TU/TH 7-7:50 PM
  
  
• Food will be served during the parties reserved time slot.

Prices:

Sunday-Saturday, 12:30-5:00 PM
Res/Nonres:
$130/$160 for up to 15 guests
$7.50/$9.50 (each additional guest)

Tuesday/Thursday, 6:30-8:30 PM
Res/Nonres:
$100/$130 for up to 15 guests
$5.50/$8.50 (each additional guest)

Non-swimming and non-eating adults with the party are free All Birthday Parties have a Maximum of 30 Guests

A deposit of $25.00 is required to book the party. The date and time are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Birthday parties can only be booked at ACC. The deposit will be forfeited if the party is cancelled within 3 days or less of the party. The remaining fees from the party must be paid on the day of the party. In the event of inclement weather, the pool staff will make every attempt to hold all scheduled birthday parties. However, if the pool is closed the party may be rescheduled or refunded in full if the package has not been used yet.

TAC Saturday/Sunday Morning Special

Res/Nonres:
$200/$230 for up to 20 guests
$9/$11.50 (each additional guest)

Birthday Party Package Includes:

• Everything in our Birthday Party Package
  
  
• Exclusive use of the Aquatic Center from 11 am-12 noon
  
  
• Food will be served at 12 noon

$100 Deposit required to schedule, deposit policy is the same as Birthday Party Package above

Group Rates

The Tomahawk Aquatic Center is open to groups of 10 or more and day camps during open hours, 12:30-5:00 pm and 6:30-8:30 pm. Call ahead to reserve your date 815-467-8015.

Day Camp Rate:          $4.00/person (day camp counselors are free)

In-District Group:        
        $4/person daily (12:30-5 pm)
        $2.00/person evening (6:30-8:30 pm)

Out of District Group:  
        $7.00/person daily (12:30-5 pm)
        $4.00/person evening (6:30-8:30 pm)
