Weddings & Banquets Photo gallery coming soon! The 12,000 square foot Skateland facility, operated by the Channahon Park District, is available for wedding receptions and banquets. Skateland can seat 100-400 people. The facility also offers a large dance floor for your enjoyment. A live band or disc jockey can be accommodated. Courteous and attentive staff are available to help make your event memorable. We offer three outstanding options to choose from. Liquor options are available upon request. Parties can be booked for Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday matinees. Call Skateland at 815-467-2128 or Arrowhead Community Center at 815-467-7275 to book your party or for more information. A twenty-five dollar deposit is required for booking a party and must be made five days prior to event date. The balance due is paid the day of the event. Deposit can be made by cash, check, or charge. Deposits will be retained if party is cancelled less than three days prior to the scheduled date or in the event of a no-show. Print Your Invitation! Hockey Birthday PartyOur new party package is geared towards the hockey player in you and 9 of your friends. This package is for children ages 6-12. You may add up to 4 additional players for $10 per person. You can choose the hockey package to be either floor hockey with shoes or skate hockey. For $195.00 you will receive:

Private Skating PartiesHost a party your guests will never forget! Book a Private Skating Party to have exclusive use of Skateland Recreation Center for 2 hours or more! $195 will let you rule the rink for you and your 50 best friends for 2 hours, there is an additional fee if you go over 50 people, or if you want to add more time on. We provide staff, music, games, and options to customize your party. Private Skating Rentals are available every day except for Fridays. Pizza Party for GroupsLooking for a fun activity for your group outing? Have a pizza party at Skateland. You will receive pizza, pop, skate admission, and skate rental for $7 per person with a minimum of 10 paid participants. For times and availability call 815-467-7275.
Small Group RateGroups of 10 or more people skating during a regular public skate session may receive $.50 off of each individual admission with three days prior notice. FUNdraiser Skating Parties are the perfect opportunity for civic groups, church groups, P.T.O.’s, sports groups, etc.to raise money for their groups. Call Skateland at 815-467-2128 or Arrowhead Community Center at 815- 467-7275 to book your fundraiser. Fundraisers are available every day except for Fridays. You set the fee (minimum of $3.00 per person) and your group receives a percentage of the admission dollars based on the number of participants. A minimum of 100 paid admissions are required.
