Pool Closing Policies
Facility Managers have the authority to make decisions to close the pool for any below listed reason.

Inclement weather
If temperatures feel like 70 degrees or below or the weather threatens safety. Swimming is prohibited when lightning is present and for 30 minutes afterward. Reopening will depend on weather radar and the time of day.

Low attendance
Tomahawk Aquatic Center reserves the right to close attractions and/or the facility due to low attendance.

Safety Hazards
If a situation arises that poses a health risk to those in attendance.

No refunds or rainchecks will be issued if the facility must be closed due to low attendance or weather-related closings. If we must close due to a safety hazard, a free entry pass will be issued to those that paid admission to enter the facility for that public swim at the admissions counter.
