Chalk It Up
Ages 10-15 years
Call your friends to enjoy a day of crafting! It doesn’t matter if you are crafty or not. Products are designed for any crafting ability. Let us bring out your creative side with a wide array of Chalkboards, Chalk Transfers and Chalk Paste. Create your own masterpiece with Chalk It Up! We’ll supply you with everything you need to complete a finished work of art to take home.
Ages 11-14 years
This course will prepare young people for the responsibility of babysitting according to the American Red Cross. Future babysitters will learn how to supervise children, apply simple first aide, diapering, and more! Participants will also learn how to interview for a job and what parent expectations are of a good babysitter. Please bring a teddy bear or doll to class along with a sack lunch. This class is instructed by Karen Cooper.
Ages 10 years & up
Get up and go! It’s time to ride at Nova Quarter Horses, Inc. fun for all ages at any riding level, no previous experience is needed. Come out to learn both Western and English disciplines taught by our highly qualified trainers and instructors. We offer both an indoor and outdoor arena, so Nova is able to offer lessons year round. A 5 Lesson card includes 5 individual one hour lessons within a group format. Once you register, please call Nova directly to schedule your lessons at (708) 479-3696. Jeans and hard soled or gym shoes are required.
