Outdoor Art – NEW!

Ages 5-10 years
The weather is warm so let’s go outside for some messy art fun! We will go on a nature scavenger hunt and make some spray bottle art from the leaves and flowers we find. We will learn about physics when we pendulum paint and create frozen masterpieces with ice cube paints. Instructed by Jen Peppmuller and Tiffany Pekoc.

Learn to Camp – NEW!

Ages 8-12 years
Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of camping? Join us for a fun night as we learn the basics of setting up camp. We will learn how to scout out a good camp and tent site, set up tents and learn about the supplies needed for a successful camping trip. After that we will enjoy cooking a good old fashioned campfire meal of pie iron pizzas over a fire that we learned how to build ourselves. For dessert we will make s’mores and we can look at the night sky through telescopes. Instructed by Jen Peppmuller and Tiffany Pekoc.

Summer Night Games

Ages 8-12 years
It’s summer and you should be playing outside! This is a great opportunity for you and your friends to play some favorite summer night games and to learn a few new ones. Please bring a flashlight and waterbottle. We will play flashlight tag, ghost in the graveyard, sardines and learn a few new tricks.

Beginner Loom Knitting – NEW!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to knit or make your own scarf? This class is perfect for you! We will learn the basics of loom knitting and begin crafting a scarf for you to take home. Magic Class

Ages 5-12 years
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn a collection of fascinating and mesmerizing tricks from the “Magic Team of Gary Kantor”! Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading and more. While the tricks may appear difficult, you will discover that they are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials are provided, and each child receives a magic kit to take home. Brand new tricks are taught at each session! Instructed by The Magic Team of Gary Kantor.

American Red Cross First Aid for Little People & Home Alone

Ages 5-10 years
This class is designed to instill confidence in young children when an emergency situation arises. Active participation is encouraged through discussion and sharing experiences with the instructor’s guidance. Children will make their own first aid kit to take home, with all materials provided. ‘Home Alone’ teaches children simply safety rules and procedures for responsible self-care when they are home alone. The class includes viewing a short film, ‘Alone at Home’, produced by the American Red Cross, an activity book, discussion on emergency phone numbers, proper use of the house key and answering the phone. Instructed by Karen Cooper.

Star Wars STEM – NEW!

Beginning Robotics

Ages 9-11 years
Join this fun class building your own interactive robots to take home and keep. Students will start out making small micro vibrobots and work their way up to a larger bot. They will learn basics of robotics, soldering, coding and sensors that are used in robots. They will have new bots to take home every week. Robot kit and other materials included.
